- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) vary significantly by product:
- Some fabrics require a minimum of 20 metres per order.
- Others are sold only as full rolls (e.g., 25m, 30m, or 50m rolls).
- Accessories are typically sold in fixed pack multiples, and some ranges have a minimum total order value.
- Volume discounts are common – many suppliers offer tiered pricing for bulk purchases (e.g., 10% off orders of 20m+, or discounts at 3m, 10m, 20m+ thresholds). Ask our team for a custom quote.
- Pricing & availability – all prices are indicative and subject to market fluctuations, stock levels, and colour/width availability. Always request a current quotation before ordering.
- Cutting & returns – fabric is generally cut to order from the roll and dispatched in continuous lengths. Unused, uncut fabric may be returnable within a limited period (e.g., 14 days), but custom‑cut or roll‑cut lengths are typically non‑refundable. Ordering a sample beforehand is strongly recommended.

Delivery Information
- Handling time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).
- Bulk orders: For large wholesale orders (over 50kg or multiple rolls), delivery charges may vary – contact us for a custom shipping quote.
- Tracking: All UK and international shipments are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.
- Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Delivery address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
- Failed delivery: If you are not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card or attempt to redeliver. A re-delivery fee may apply.
- Collection: Orders can be collected from our warehouse during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) – please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before attending.
